AvMap presents the EngiBox, an EMS (Engine Monitoring System) of small dimensions (standard diameter 80 mm with a 95 x 95 mm case on the dashboard) and very light weight (250 g), for the ROTAX range.
It displays all Rotax engine parameters at a refresh rate of five times per second, and stores parameters in internal memory for up to 160 hours of operation. These include: oil temperature and pressure, cylinder temperature, EGT temperature, intake pressure, engine speed...).
Several screen pages can be consulted, in graphic or numeric mode, with graphs able to analyze each parameter studied. A function records the duration of each flight, specifying total running time or running time since the last major visit. Compatible engines are Rotax 2-stroke air- or liquid-cooled (447 UL, 503 UL, 582 UL, 618 UL) and Rotax 4-stroke (912, 912S, 914).
