Shipping Information:
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Your package will be delivered within 24h - 48h (98% - excluding specific areas) depending on stock availability and your choice:
- To a pickup point via our DPD carrier. With more than 5,000 pickup points in France open from Monday to Saturday (50% of locations are also open on Sundays).
- To the address of your choice via our DPD carrier from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8 AM and 6 PM. If you are away during the day, consider having your order delivered to your workplace or to a relative who is home all day.
- Please note that if you have chosen delivery by La Poste, it does not include tracking. Your order will be marked as 'delivered' as soon as it is shipped.
