Bose ProFlight Series 2 Headset

The Bose ProFlight Series 2 aviation headset builds on the features and technology introduced with the original Bose ProFlight. The ProFlight Series 2 remains the industry's smallest, quietest and most comfortable activenoise-cancelling aviation headset, and Bose's most innovative to date.

Bose developed the ProFlight Series 2 to meet the specific needs of professional pilots flying moderately noisy, pressurized and turbine-powered aircraft. It incorporates more than 30 U.S. utility and design patents, and offers numerous features designed for professional pilots. Improvements to ProFlight Series 2 include a thinner, lighter and more flexible cable (for improved stability and greater freedom of movement), and the addition of winglets on the microphone arm to facilitate alignment and correct microphone adjustment.

The socket control for the communication function has been updated (improved one-touch voice communication option sensitivity for communicating outside the intercom) to reduce the risk of inadvertent activation and improve conversational audio response, and a non-Bluetooth® product option is now available.

Finally, the carrying case has been improved (including a hook) to enable faster storage and transportation. The particularly comfortable and stable design of the ProFlight 2 series weighs just 128 grams (130 previously) - light enough to remain comfortable even on the longest flights.

The headset also features three user-selectable modes (with an enhancement to the lowest ANR mode): active noise cancellation, active equalization, noise-canceling microphone and full Bluetooth connectivity. The ProFlight Series 2 is FAA TSO and E / TSO-C139a certified, complies with all current ARINC standards, and is available with four different plug configurations.

This product comes with a 5-year warranty (retroactive on ProFlight Series 1).

ALL Bose aviation headsets benefit from the manufacturer's 5-year limited warranty for technical malfunctions without abuse. You will be asked for a product serial number.

Location of serial number :

- A20: The serial number is located under the headband cushion.

- ProFlight: The serial number is located on the left side panel.

To display the serial number, gently grasp and peel the side pad cushion from the side pad. (If the helmet exceeds the warranty period, the cost of repair will appear on the screen, along with information on how to proceed).
